Hangul builds each syllable into a block, so the limit is lower than it looks: a three syllable name already fills the space three Latin letters would not.

Our 18K Gold Vermeil rings work differently, because real gold over sterling wears at a bend, so those are made to the size you choose. This ring is offered in the three plated finishes only, so there is no size to pick here.

If the spelling submitted was wrong, we cannot remake it free, because the piece was cut to exactly that text. This is why the live preview exists, and why customization can still be changed within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts.

Personalized items are exempt from the standard EU right of withdrawal under Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c). That exemption never applies to a defect or a production error.

Very little, and none of it is fussy.

2. For a deeper clean use mild soap and warm water, then pat dry.
3. Store it in its box, and keep pieces apart so they do not scratch each other.
4. Keep it away from bleach, chlorine soaking, abrasive cleaners and ultrasonic cleaners.

Real Hangul, built as proper syllable blocks the way the name is actually written in Korean. It is not a Latin spelling in a Korean-looking font, which is what most fan merchandise does. Type the name in Hangul and the live preview shows you exactly what will be cut.
