Processing & Delivery Times

All Gemiria jewelry is custom-made to order. Your total delivery time includes production time plus shipping time.

Production time: 4-5 business days. Each piece is laser-cut for clean, precise lines, then polished and finished by hand, checked, and hand-packed in our signature gift box before it ships.

Delivery time: We deliver worldwide. Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipping, sometimes longer for remote areas.

Tracking: A tracking number is included with every order. You will receive real time tracking updates by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Origin & International Fulfillment

Gemiria is a Hungarian-registered company. All jewelry is custom made to order.

Production and fulfillment are handled by our international manufacturing partners, and orders are produced and shipped directly from Asia.

This model lets us offer personalized, made-to-order jewelry at competitive prices. Because of this, delivery times may be longer than standard domestic shipping.

Customs & Import Duties

We cover import duties, taxes, and tariffs for all shipping destinations, so there are no additional fees on delivery. In very rare cases, charges may vary due to local regulations.

Shipping Costs

• Free Worldwide Shipping: Every order ships free, fully tracked and insured, with no minimum.
• FedEx Express: Available at checkout for select countries, including the US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Australia and more, for faster delivery. The rate is shown at checkout in your local currency.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit when shipped with a carrier offered at checkout, we will help resolve the issue.

For EU/UK customers, risk of loss transfers only upon delivery.
For customers outside the EU/UK, local consumer law applies.
Regardless of destination, we always assist in investigating lost or damaged packages and may offer a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to:

• Customs processing
• Carrier delays
• Weather or natural events
• High-season workloads

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot modify addresses after your order enters production (usually within 24 hours).

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
