Each piece forms uniquely based on how your specific letters connect, making yours one of a kind. We support all languages with full diacritics and special characters.
We support over 200 languages and writing systems, including Latin (with full diacritics), Korean Hangul, Japanese Hiragana, Arabic, Hebrew, Cyrillic, and more.
Your name is crafted exactly as written, with correct characters and accents.
- Latin (for English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Croatian, Hungarian, Polish, Czech, and all other Latin-based languages with full diacritics: á, é, ñ, ü, ő, ć, ž, etc.)
- Korean Hangul (full syllable blocks, authentic Korean characters)

Check your order confirmation email carefully. If you spot an error, email info@gemiria.com within 24 hours and we'll correct it before production starts. After 24 hours, your piece is already being made and cannot be changed.
Yes! For orders of 10+ pieces, email info@gemiria.com with your requirements. We offer volume discounts and can coordinate matching designs for weddings, concerts, team events, or corporate gifts.
Every order includes our signature round burgundy gift box at no extra cost. The box is premium quality and gift-ready. No additional wrapping needed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All Gemiria jewelry is custom made to order.
Production time: 4-5 business days. The name is laser-cut for clean, precise lines, then polished and finished by hand, checked, and hand-packed in our signature gift box before it ships.
Delivery time: We deliver worldwide. Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipping, sometimes longer for remote areas. Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to peak seasons or carrier delays.
Tracking included: You will receive real time updates by email once your order ships.

After your order ships, it can take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system. Some international tracking may take a few days to update as the package moves between countries. If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, email info@gemiria.com with your order number and we will investigate.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window above, email info@gemiria.com with your order number. We will check the status and help resolve it. If the package is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or a full refund when appropriate.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Gemiria specializes exclusively in made-to-order, personalized jewelry created specifically with your chosen name, text, characters, font, and size.
We accept returns for defective, damaged, or misprinted items within 14 days. Due to the highly personalized nature of our handcrafted items, we review buyer's remorse returns on a case-by-case basis.
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c), personalized goods made to a customer’s specifications are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal.
This exemption does not affect your rights if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- We made an error in production (wrong name, wrong finish, wrong product)
- The item is materially different from what was ordered
In these cases, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

WARRANTY & GUARANTEE
All Gemiria jewelry includes a lifetime warranty covering:

- Premature tarnishing or discoloration
- Chain or clasp breakage under normal wear
- Structural issues related to material or craftsmanship
This warranty applies to manufacturing and material defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Loss or theft
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Normal cosmetic wear (e.g., minor surface scratches)
- Damage from third-party alterations or repairs

MATERIALS & CARE
Two things that most jewelry brands get wrong.
First, the material. This jewelry is meant to be worn every single day, and real gold and silver simply aren't built for that. Sterling silver tarnishes within weeks. Even vermeil gold wears down with daily use.
Surgical-grade stainless steel with PVD and rhodium coating gives you the look of precious metal with none of the maintenance. Hypoallergenic, waterproof, tarnish-free, and backed by a lifetime warranty.
Second, the script. Most jewelry brands only support basic Latin letters, no accents, no special characters, and certainly no Arabic, Korean, Hebrew, Cyrillic, or Japanese. Gemiria supports 200+ languages with authentic scripts, written exactly as they should be.
Because a name that's been stripped of its characters or written in the wrong script isn't really your name.

Gold and Rose Gold finishes are plated with 18K PVD coating.
Silver finish is plated with rhodium, one of the rarest precious metals in the world, valued for its brilliant finish and exceptional durability.

Quick guide:
- Necklaces: M (40cm) fits most people comfortably. S sits higher (choker style), L sits lower.
- Bracelets: Measure your wrist, then add 1-2cm. Most women wear Standard (15cm), most men wear Large (19cm).
- Rings: Our adjustable rings fit all finger sizes. Squeeze once to adjust, and it stays that size permanently.
Yes. Our rings are adjustable. Slide it onto your finger and gently squeeze to adjust it to your exact size. If you need to resize later, you can adjust it again, but try to get it right the first time. Frequent bending back and forth can stress the metal.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sizing errors. Please measure your wrist carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
