ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION
Choose your font, finish (Silver/Gold/Rose Gold), and size. Then type your desired name in the custom field. The preview shows your design. Each piece forms uniquely based on how your specific letters connect, making yours one of a kind. We support all European languages with full diacritics and special characters.
What languages and scripts do you support?
We support authentic scripts in:
- Latin (for English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Croatian, Hungarian, Polish, Czech, and all other Latin-based languages with full diacritics: á, é, ñ, ü, ő, ć, ž, etc.)
- Korean Hangul (full syllable blocks, authentic Korean characters)
- Arabic (right-to-left script with diacritical marks/tashkeel)
- Hebrew (right-to-left script with vowel points/nikud)
- Cyrillic (for Ukrainian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Russian, Macedonian, and all other Cyrillic-based languages)
- Japanese Hiragana (authentic Japanese script)
All scripts are rendered authentically, not romanized or simplified. Your name is spelled exactly as it should be in your native writing system.
Check your order confirmation email carefully. If you spot an error, email info@gemiria.com within 24 hours and we'll correct it before production starts. After 24 hours, your piece is already being made and cannot be changed.
Yes! For orders of 10+ pieces, email info@gemiria.com with your requirements. We offer volume discounts and can coordinate matching designs for weddings, concerts, team events, or corporate gifts.
Every order includes our signature round burgundy gift box at no extra cost. The box is premium quality and gift-ready. No additional wrapping needed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your total delivery time includes production time + shipping time.
Production time: 3–5 days (your piece is handcrafted and quality-checked before shipping)
Shipping time: Most orders arrive within:
- Western Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium): 7–14 days typically
- UK & Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal): 10–21 days typically
- Eastern Europe & Scandinavia: 14–28 days typically
- North America: 12–26 days typically
- Asia & Oceania: 14–35 days typically
- Rest of World: 14–35 days typically
Total delivery: Most customers receive their jewelry within 10–28 days from order date. Remote regions or customs delays may extend delivery up to 40 days.
Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, peak seasons or carrier delays beyond our control.

We ship to all countries in Europe, Americas, Asia, Africa, Middle East, and Oceania.
- Standard Shipping: €4.90 flat rate worldwide (or equivalent in your currency)
- Free Shipping: On orders €50 and above (or equivalent in your currency)
Our free shipping threshold is based on €50 EUR. This amount is automatically displayed in your local currency throughout the site. For example, this appears as approximately $58 USD, £45 GBP or 19.000 HUF depending on your location and current exchange rates.
EU customers: VAT is included in the price. No surprise fees.
Non-EU customers: Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. Most countries have import thresholds (e.g., US orders under $800 are duty-free). You are responsible for any customs fees charged by your country.

International tracking can take 3-5 days to update after the package leaves our facility. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days, email info@gemiria.com with your order number. We'll either:
- Locate your package and expedite delivery, or
- Send a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund (your choice)
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Custom-made jewelry is excluded from returns under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c) because it's made specifically for you.
However, we DO accept returns if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- We made an error (wrong name, wrong finish, wrong size)
- The item is significantly different from what was described
In these cases, contact us within 14 days with photos. We'll send a free replacement or full refund, your choice.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sizing errors on your end. Please measure carefully and consult our Fit Guide before ordering. If you're unsure, email us at info@gemiria.com and we'll help you choose the right size.

We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return or approving your claim. It may take an additional 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
WARRANTY & QUALITY
Manufacturing defects, tarnishing, discoloration, chain/clasp breakage, and PVD coating issues. If anything goes wrong within 2 years of normal wear, we'll replace it free.
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Loss or theft
- Damage from misuse (e.g., forceful bending, harsh chemicals)
- Normal wear and tear (minor surface scratches)
- Sizing errors on your end

We'll review and respond within 48 hours. Most claims are approved immediately.
Yes! At checkout, you can add 5-Year Extended Protection for €9.90. This extends coverage to 5 years total and includes accidental damage (drops, bends, etc.) that the standard warranty doesn't cover.
Your standard warranty has expired, but if you purchased the 5-Year Extended Protection, you're still covered for another 3 years. If you didn't purchase extended protection, email us at info@gemiria.com and we'll assess the issue. While we can't guarantee free replacement after warranty expiration, we'll do our best to help.
MATERIALS & CARE
Base metal: 304 surgical-grade stainless steel (the same material used in medical implants)
Coating: PVD-plated (Gold/Rose Gold) or polished (Silver)
No. Our gold and rose gold finishes are PVD-plated stainless steel. This coating is 5x more durable than traditional gold plating and looks identical to solid gold, but it's hypoallergenic, waterproof, and never tarnishes.
No. Unlike brass or copper jewelry, 304 stainless steel will never react with your skin or leave green marks.
Yes. 304 stainless steel with PVD coating is medical-grade and nickel-free. The PVD coating seals the base metal completely, making it safe for even the most sensitive skin.
Yes. Shower, swim, sweat, sleep. Wear it 24/7. The 304 stainless steel and PVD coating won't rust, tarnish, or fade. It's the same material used in waterproof watches and marine equipment.
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after exposure to lotions, perfumes, or saltwater. No special cleaners needed. Store in the included gift box when not wearing.
- Abrasive cleaners or polishing cloths (unnecessary and can scratch)
- Strong acids or bleach (won't damage, but why risk it?)
- Forceful bending or pulling (it's durable, not indestructible)
With normal wear, decades. The 304 stainless steel base is virtually indestructible, and the PVD coating is engineered to last 10+ years without fading. We offer a 2-year warranty because that's the period when manufacturing defects would appear. After 2 years, any issues are typically from wear patterns, not product defects.

Quick guide:
- Necklaces: M (40cm) fits most people comfortably. S sits higher (choker style), L sits lower.
- Bracelets: Measure your wrist, then add 1-2cm. Most women wear Standard (15cm), most men wear Large (19cm).
- Rings: Our adjustable rings fit all finger sizes. Squeeze once to adjust, and it stays that size permanently.
Yes. Our rings are adjustable. Slide it onto your finger and gently squeeze to adjust it to your exact size. If you need to resize later, you can adjust it again, but try to get it right the first time. Frequent bending back and forth can stress the metal.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sizing errors. Please measure your wrist carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
