If the spelling submitted was wrong, we cannot remake it free, because the piece was cut to exactly that text. This is why the live preview exists, and why customization can still be changed within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts.

Personalized items are exempt from the standard EU right of withdrawal under Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c). That exemption never applies to a defect or a production error.

Very little, and none of it is fussy.

1. Wipe them with the included microfiber cloth after lotion or perfume.
2. For a deeper clean use mild soap and warm water, then pat dry.
3. Store them in its box, and keep pieces apart so they do not scratch each other.
4. Keep them away from bleach, chlorine soaking, abrasive cleaners and ultrasonic cleaners.
