We support all languages with full diacritics. Type the name exactly as it should appear (Zoë, José, François, Müller, etc.). Our system handles all accents, umlauts, tildes, and special characters perfectly.

Production time: 4-5 business days. The name is laser-cut for clean, precise lines, then polished and finished by hand, checked, and hand-packed in our signature gift box before it ships.

Delivery time: We deliver worldwide. Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipping. You will receive a tracking number with real time updates by email once your order ships.

Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your jewelry is already in production and cannot be changed. Email us immediately at info@gemiria.com if you need to make changes.

Because each Gemiria piece is custom-made with your chosen name, personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c).

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund.

• Chain or clasp breakage under normal wear

Not covered:

• Loss or theft

• Third-party repairs or alterations
