How It Works
Choose your bracelet size: Normal (15cm) for smaller wrists or a snug fit, or Large (19cm) for average to bigger wrists or a looser fit. Both sizes include a short extension chain for adjustments. Select one of four fonts that fits your aesthetic. Enter your bias's name (stage name, real name, nicknames all valid).

Most personalized jewelry uses 925 silver that tarnishes fast and turns skin green, or 14k and 18k gold plated pieces that fade within months. Our bracelets use 304 surgical grade stainless steel with premium PVD coating instead, a durable material that keeps its shine through concerts, sweat, rain, travel and daily life. Choose your font, finish (Silver/Gold/Rose Gold), and size. Then type your idol's name (or your own name) in the custom field. We'll create your piece exactly as you specify. European characters with diacritics and special characters (é, ñ, ü, å, etc.) are fully supported.
We support all standard characters including hyphens, dots, and apostrophes. Type the name exactly as it's styled (Ji-min, S.Coups, D.O., Rosé, etc.). Our system handles all formatting perfectly.
Production takes 3-5 business days. Shipping varies by location (7-21 days depending on country). Total delivery time is typically 10-28 days. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Plus, it's more eco-friendly and affordable without compromising quality.
Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your jewelry is already in production and cannot be changed. Email us immediately at info@gemiria.com if you need to make changes.
Custom-made jewelry is excluded from returns under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c). However, we DO accept returns if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error (wrong name, wrong finish, etc.). Contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement or full refund, your choice.
Manufacturing defects, tarnishing, discoloration, and breakage under normal wear. If anything goes wrong, we'll replace it free. The warranty does NOT cover loss, theft, damage from misuse, or normal wear and tear (minor scratches from daily use).
Extended protection gives you 5 years of total coverage instead of the standard 2 years. This covers tarnishing, discoloration, chain/clasp breakage and PVD coating issues for an additional 3 years. If anything happens during those 5 years, we replace it for free.
