How It Works
This ring features adjustable sizing for a perfect fit (most fingers 15 to 22 mm diameter). Select one of five fonts. Enter your name in Field 1 and your best friend's name in Field 2. The names wrap around opposite sides of the band.

Most personalized rings use 925 silver, which tarnishes quickly and often turns skin green, or 14k and 18k gold plated bases that lose their color within months. We use 304 surgical grade stainless steel with premium PVD coating instead, a far more durable and stable material that keeps its shine without fading, peeling, or discoloring. Your ring stays waterproof, sweatproof and tarnish free with everyday wear, and it will never turn your skin green. We support all European languages with full diacritics for both names. Type each name exactly as it should appear (Zoë, José, François, Müller, etc.). Our system handles all accents, umlauts, tildes, and special characters perfectly.

Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your jewelry is already in production and cannot be changed. Email us immediately at info@gemiria.com if you need to make changes.
Custom-made jewelry is excluded from returns under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c). However, we DO accept returns if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error (wrong name, wrong finish, etc.). Contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement or full refund, your choice.
Manufacturing defects, tarnishing, discoloration, and breakage under normal wear. If anything goes wrong, we'll replace it free. The warranty does NOT cover loss, theft, damage from misuse, or normal wear and tear (minor scratches from daily use).
Extended protection gives you 5 years of total coverage instead of the standard 2 years. This covers tarnishing, discoloration, chain/clasp breakage and PVD coating issues for an additional 3 years. If anything happens during those 5 years, we replace it for free.
